What’s New?
Following the feedback received from stakeholders on the previous edition (TYNDP 2022 CBA Implementation Guidelines) and in response to updates stemming from the transition from the 3rd to the 4th CBA Guideline due to the revision of TEN-E Regulation (EU) 2022/869, the Implementation Guidelines have undergone significant enhancements. Key changes include:
- The inclusion of a new Security of Supply loop for the calibration of the scenarios.
- Generalizing the Social Economic Welfare (SEW) through the formulation of a global SEW, including a detailed example.
- The inclusion of a methodology for assessing commissioning years.
- The inclusion of a methodology for assessing the B8.1 indicator.
- The inclusion of methodologies for assessing the European Union targets introduced in the 4th CBA Guideline.
