Alignment of Version Numbers

In this release of ECCo SP, we will be aligning the version numbers for ECP and EDX. Currently, the production version numbers stand at ECP 4.12 and EDX 1.13 respectively. To ensure consistency and ease of reference, we will be adjusting these numbers in this release. Specifically, ECP will be updated to version 4.14, and EDX will be updated to version 1.14.
