ENTSO-E is publishing today a position paper on offshore development which is key for achieving carbon neutrality by 2050. The position paper presents five pillars for offshore development. ENTSO-E is prepared to contribute to offshore development and to be involved in upcoming debates about how this can best be organised. This position paper will be followed in the upcoming months by further publications.
